I came here for my ultrasound on the weekend and had a good experience. The wait was ten minutes and the technician Yasmin is truly amazing at her job. She made me very comfortable while doing the ultrasound. It was a positive experience.

The staff were courteous and efficient. Waiting time was short. I was given a changing gown that looks clean and smells good. The whole place was clean and tidy. The x-ray technician was very professional and thorough. She assisted me through the procedure with precise and easy to follow instructions. Overall, I had a quick and comfortable experience going to this center.

The weekend receptionists do not work well under pressure if the clinic is full on the weekend. I called to confirm I’d be 5 minutes late and they left me on hold until arrived (8 minute hold). Arrived and they implied because I did not specify the foot AND ankle when booking the appointment last week they were ready to reschedule my appointment. Lack of communication from the receptionist when speaking about the patient amongst themselves. Not giving clear information as to what the next steps would be. I’ve been waiting to do an x ray for 1.5 hours after the ultra sound. Other patients who arrived after were being taken in before myself. I wouldn’t recommend this specific clinic on the weekend! Respect, communication, customer service, and patience is well needed for this position ! P.s ot is almost 2 hours being in the clinic and still

I find the service at the centre exemplary. Its my favourite place to get my tests done. The staff is professional and treat you with respect. They even go as far as being friendly, kind and personable which is rare to find nowadays in alit of places. They are knowledgeable and always take the time to explain the procedures to you. Its a small place and can get busy...but this is when the staff shine the most. They handle everyone with patience and kindness and always do their utmost best to see that everyone is taken care of. Thank you all for your hard work. When things get tough, remember you are always appreciated! Thank You!

Service is ok. Ultrasound technicians speak in their native language with each other, which is not a great experience for those patients who are not from their birthplace. The place needs a major deep clean and new furniture brought in. Don't be fooled by the 5 star reviews, they are very likely fake. Most of these 5 star reviews are posted by fake accounts which you can clearly verify by looking at the # of reviews they have posted (very few) ; something which a lot of companies are paying for nowadays to increase their overall rating on Google.

The whole place, (incl. all furniture and equipment) from top to bottom needs dusting, sweeping, sterilizing and floors need to be mopped with a strong disinfectant. Patient experience is negatively affected due to a dirty environment as at this office.

Staff is just unhappy in general. I’ve been here twice and had the same experience. Front desk staff usually talks among themselves or on the phone. When they do get the chance to talk to you they’ll just tell you to sit and then you wait for either 15 minutes or an hour, it’s your luck. They won’t tell you if you’re up next or if you need to go across the hall to their other facility. The lab technicians are even worse. They’re just plain rude and unhappy. They don’t like to answer questions and give short dry answers (in my case, an ultrasound).

The people who were working at the front desk were okay, they didn’t seem like they didn’t want to help you. However, I came in 20 minutes before my appointment time, I did my ultrasound right away, the staff was nice. Overall, everything went smoothly.
